1. Reporting Infringement

2. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Agent. This notice must include your identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury regarding the mistake, and your consent to local federal court jurisdiction.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
